For more than 11 years, I built my career leading customer service teams in the banking industry, where I developed a passion for delivering exceptional service, building lasting relationships, and creating dependable processes that put customers first. Throughout my career, I specialized in communication, process management, problem solving, and leading with professionalism, courtesy, and integrity.
